Mid Summer menu part one 19/6

19th June
Gym after morning coffee: running 2,5 km (15 min) - 500? about
Gainomax Recovery drink blueberry flavor +260
2 last pieces of focaccia bread +270
Asparagus soup with beans and peas +150
Protein drink pear-vanilla flavor +170
Salad & garlic butter baguette +400

--> 1250, nothing more to say about that. And the following days will be just what they are. I'm not going to stress about it at all...

And I weighed in this morning 71,5kg... making my total loss 14,5kg so far.

  2. you Finnish people are so hot. and your music isn't bad either :P saying that simply because my favourite band is Sonata Arctica. i listen to quite a bit of Finnish bands - hmm. Korpiklanni, Terasbetoni i only listen to one song of theirs but it's the one that was featured in Eurovision, Wintersun, Nightwish...there are others, but these are ones i listen to more so constantly.
    Scandinavian and Nordic metal > everything else.
    'Still have to say that the hair cut is Booomchikawowwow." i'm dying. you're cute.
    shhhhhhhhhh. no more "i ate too many carbs!" unless you ate 400g of carbs by accident. so shush (i did yesterday. not an accident but meh).
